1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all districts across Bangladesh. Our delivery network covers all major cities and rural areas.

2. Delivery Charges

• Within Dhaka: ৳100
• Outside Dhaka: ৳150
• Free Delivery: Available on selected products and promotional offers

3. Delivery Time

• Dhaka City: 1-2 business days
• Division Cities: 2-3 business days
• Districts: 3-4 business days
• Rural Areas: 4-5 business days

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

5. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order by:

• Logging into your account and visiting "My Orders"
• Using the tracking link sent to your email
• Contacting our customer support

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and you may be charged for re-delivery.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or nature. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
